Our practice is closed to new patients with Cigna, Providence & Regence insurance plans. 
We are out of network with Aetna, Moda, United Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid.

New Patient Intake Process:
Step 1: Once you are registered, please complete the New Patient forms located in the Questionnaires section of your portal. They will be marked with a red START button. 

Step 2: Once your forms are completed our medical director Dr. Paulson will review and determine which provider is the best fit for you to work with. We will also verify your insurance benefits (if applicable).

Step 3: After a provider is assigned to you, our office will contact you to schedule your New Patient visits (Intitial and 1st follow up).

Step 4: Visit #1: Review your medical history and current health concerns. You may be given nutrition advice, and light treatment recommendations to help any immediate symptoms (sleep, constipation, etc). A customized lab order will be created for you. 

Step 5: Visit #2. This is a visit to review your lab results with your provider. They will formulate a custom plan based on your labs, history and any exam findings. Your provider will make a recommendation for future follow-up visits, which you can schedule on the portal. 

Telehealth Visits:
You must be located, at the time of your visit, in a state our providers hold a license in. 
Jennifer is licensed in Idaho, Oregon, Arizona 
Haley is licensed in Idaho and Oregon
