Insurance- We are in network with several major insurance carriers. We do no accept United Healthcare, Aetna, Moda, Blue Cross IDID, Medicare or Medicaid.
IV, Ozone, Vitamin Injection Offerings-We have 2 wonderful staff members who will be administering IV nutrient therapies, ozone, and vitamin injections as part of our wellness program. You can self-schedule a IV nutrient therapy or vitamin injection (NAD+, B12, Lipo fat burning) via the portal. Ozone requires an order from Dr. Paulson so book a 15 minute Quick Care visit to obtain your ozone order.

NEW LOWER CASH PRICING!- We have created a sister business that has no ties to insurance companies which allows us to offer you lower cash pay pricing! Aspire Regenerative Wellness PLLC holds our lower fee schedule for services that are not billed through insurance. See our new GFE for pricing and let the front desk know if you want to use this fee schedule for your provider service visits. All wellness services will be billed through this business-you do nothing different besides communicate with our office this is how you want your billing done!
GLP1 Refill Requests- Effective Jan 2026, RN Julie is handling these refill requests. They will be processed within 3 business days of your request. All patients can request these in the medication tabs of your portal at no charge. You will be contacted if we need to update your provider visit or BIA. Good news Jan 2026-GLP1 pricing has come down so you will see slightly lower prices for some peptides!
Portal Messaging- Members (enrolled in our $35/month program) have access to portal message our office. Non-members should schedule appointments to talk with their provider. To enroll in membership, sign the Membership Contract in the Questionnaires and we will active your portal access and set up monthly payment to your card on file.
