We are OUT OF NETWORK w/Aetna, United Health Care, Medicare/Medicaid plans, Individual Regence plans purchsed on the marketplace.

PEPTIDE REFILLS: You can request Peptide refills by going to My Medications and finding your peptide in your med list and clicking the Request Refill. Feel free to make any notes in the box. You can also text or leave a voicemail at our office 208-607-3738. You must have an office visit every 3 months, BIA scan every 8 weeks and work on nutrition with our dietician. This is our holistic peptide program we see the best success with!
PORTAL MESSAGING & Membership:
MEMBERS have access to portal message our office. Non-members, you still have access to do everything else on our portal, you do not have messaging so you need to schedule appointments to communicate with your practitioner. You can call or text our office for non-medical needs.
We are a membership based wellness clinic. You can read more about membership on our website www.aspire-welllness.net. To enroll in membership, sign the Membership Contract (6 month committment-no early cancellations) in your Questionnaires. Completion of this form will get you started as a member.
